DermaGen develops peptide therapeutics based on novel antimicrobial peptides (AMPs).

The peptides exert potent antimicrobial effects and are derived from endogenous human proteins, such as those of the complement system, as well as several other skin and blood-derived proteins.

DermaGen has developed pharmaceutical formulations which enhances the effects of several of these AMPs.
